New gastronomic traditions are being born. Tamga Restaurant is an original cuisine inspired by the heritage of the Great Silk Road and the bounty of the lands of Kabardino-Balkaria.
The name "Tamga" refers to ancient tribal symbols, signs of quality and authenticity. These principles formed the basis of our gastronomic concept.
We offer our guests a culinary journey where each dish is a dialogue of epochs. Our menu is a tribute to local producers. Seasonal farm products, selected meats and cheeses from highland villages, fragrant herbs from the foothills — all this turns into real works of art thanks to the skill of our chef.

Breakfast items. For hotel guests, it is included in the accommodation and becomes a wonderful start to the day. For guests from the city, we are also happy to offer a restaurant-style breakfast.
