It is easy and free to become a member of the program. Fill out the short form on the website or contact the employee at the reception desk. After registration, you instantly receive the Standard status and start accumulating nights from the very first visit.
2. Accumulation of points
Nights are charged for each stay at the hotel.
3. Use of points
Accumulated nights are your currency for traveling. You can use them to pay for your stay.
4. Status upgrade
Your status in the program is reviewed annually. Spend the required number of nights during the calendar year to receive and maintain the status for the next year.

Registration: instant, online or at the reception desk.
Accumulation of nights: 5 nights in a hotel per calendar year result in a 3% price reduction. 10 nights - for 5%. 15 nights - by 7%.
Advantages: special gifts for your arrival.

Silver
For those who choose us again. We appreciate your loyalty with early check-in, late check-out and welcome bonus.
Advantages: free early check–in (from 12:00) and late check-out (until 15:00) - on request and subject to availability. Welcome fruit bonus in the room.

Travel comfortably. Room improvements with accessibility and double points for accommodation.
Advantages: free room upgrade upon availability (when booking a higher Standard and Comfort fare). As a welcome: fruits, dessert from the chef.

Rules for participation in the loyalty program
Participation in the program is free and voluntary. The program is valid for individuals over the age of 18. The participant agrees to the program rules upon registration.

<p>Getting the status: after registration, you are assigned the Base status. To get the following statuses, you need to dial the required number of nights during the calendar year.</p>

Accumulation of nights: occurs automatically at each booking and check-in with payment for a full night. Points are awarded after successful check-out and bill payment.</p>

<p>Discount Usage: You can get your% discount on your next booking.</p>

The status is reviewed annually on January 1. The number of nights to maintain or upgrade the status is taken into account for the previous calendar year.</p>
Points and rewards
Accumulation: nights are charged only in the name of the main guest in the room for accommodation (room rate) according to the rates. Nights are not charged for additional services (restaurant, SPA, transfer), taxes, fees, and third-party services.
Points burn: Points are valid for 24 months from the date of the last active transaction (accrual or write-off). At the end of this period, unused points will be cancelled.
Deduction: The discount is provided automatically at the next booking. It is not possible to use the loyalty program discount to pay for an already completed stay.
